INTRODUCTION

Before proceeding with lodging a warranty enquiry, please ensure you have read the warranty information provided in your handover kit.

All warranty claims must be submitted through your selling dealer or nearest authorised X Series RV dealer. Your dealer will assess the issue and submit the warranty request to X Series RV on your behalf.

When contacting your dealer, please provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue(s). This will assist them in diagnosing the concern and determining the most appropriate next steps.

This process also applies to spare parts requests or servicing enquiries. When requesting spare parts, please include a photo of the item and any measurements available, as this will help ensure the correct part is identified.
