Manufacturer Statement: Sudden Closure of ERV – Important Warranty & Support Info

We regret to inform our valued customers that ERV, one of our authorised dealerships, has ceased operations effective immediately. We understand that this may cause concern, and our highest priority is to make sure you continue to receive full support under your warranty, and that your vehicle orders and service needs are not disrupted.


What this means for you

  • Warranty & service support continues.
    Even though ERV is no longer operating, your manufacturer’s warranty remains fully valid. Any warranty work or servicing you need can still be carried out through our current authorised dealers in NSW.

  • Orders will be honoured.
    If you have placed an order via ERV, we will ensure your order is fulfilled. We are working through the details now and will contact all affected customers directly to confirm the next steps.

  • Dealership changes, not relationship breakdowns.
    This closure does not affect our commitment to you. We will help you transition to new authorised dealers for sales, servicing, and warranty claims.

  1. Check our dealership list
    Please visit our official dealership page on our website to see the current list of authorised NSW dealers. This will help you find the nearest or most suitable dealer for ongoing warranty or service work.

    When contacting a new dealer or reaching out to us, having the following will help speed things up:

    • your name & contact details

    • order number or VIN / chassis number

    • any receipts, documents or contracts you got through ERV

    If you have scheduled warranty work, lodged a warranty claim, or are awaiting delivery, please contact us directly so we can assist in transferring or maintaining your claim/order via a new authorised dealer.
